However, the Xbox Series S has two significant benefits over the Series X: It also lacks a disc drive, meaning you'll need to play all of your games and media digitally. It's not quite as powerful as the Series X, maxing out at 1440p resolution rather than 4K. In the meantime, though, you can actually still buy the Xbox Series S via GameStop. Walmart had the systems for a minuscule amount of time earlier today, but they're long gone, and we haven't seen anything else from other retailers since then.
